Building a Legacy of Hope
Jesus did not find a church; He built one. (Matt. 16:18 NKJV)
It’s no different with people. We don’t just happen to find a great life, marriage, or family – we build one.
Anything that gets built takes tools. It’s the Word of God that provides these critical tools. But if people don’t have hope that things can change for the better and that they can build something great, it won’t matter.
Hope and the knowledge of God’s Word are critical.
Proverbs 13:12 tells us that hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes it is a tree of life. And we know, according to Hebrews 11:1, that faith is the substance of things hoped for and that without faith we do not please God or resist the devil (Hebrews 11:6, 1 Peter 5:8-9).
Let’s restore hope in the lives of families through the knowledge of God’s Word. No matter what a situation looks like, God’s is in the rebuilding, restoring, repairing and reviving business!
