“Jesus said, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes” (Mark 9:23 MEV).
Having a “thrive” mentality is more than just believing to have your needs met each month and a little extra left over to buy each of your kids an ice cream cone. The Bible actually says that a good man leaves an inheritance to his family (Proverbs 13:22). Now if you’re in “survival” mode and can barely see over the top of your bill pile each month, that’s going to seem impossible. However, if God said it, then it must be possible. God will never tell us to do something that we can’t do.
How are we going to increase? First, we have to believe that it’s possible. Second, we’re going to have to study God’s principles on increase—tithing and giving, sowing and reaping. The blessings of God follow obedience to the laws of God, so I’m going to have to find out what those laws are. Then I’ll know how to tap into the things God has provided for me. Remember, when I do my part in the natural, God is always faithful to do His part in the supernatural!

Never give in to thoughts of poverty and defeat. No matter what your current situation looks like, God can cause you to increase and abound! He is the God of the impossible! If you will trust Him and act on His Word, He will perform it for you!
